HOW THIS GOES...
We all show up ON TIME EXACT. I greet you all and connect for a few minutes. Then you all lay down or recline in a chair where you can really go into a meditative space.
You CAN leave after your BEA, or ask to be worked on first if you have to go early, but the session loves on you for the entire hour, so do try to be there to receive!
When we are together IN SESSION we can talk, you'll let me know what # you want and we can do additional things with your 18 minutes.
