HOW IT GOES:

These are our hand rolling crystals where you hold them in your hands and roll them back and forth and in all the ways your hands wants to work with them! It is such a blessing to do! I've realized they are like ingredients where it all is a balance. Too much salt and things are ruined. Too little salt and things taste bland. Too much hot pepper and some of you pass out! I love the hot pepper, so not me!
