Okay loves. This day is a big and heavy trip back into your past and into fears that were imbedded into your system. This is when things are triggered in ways that go back to your roots and into what groomed you to be what you are today. We are experiencing a flash flood that is bringing it all up – but it also is taking it away. This can have people feeling real unstable and where they feel like they are unraveling.

Be okay in this space! It will hit you hard and it won't take any prisoners. But just like flood waters, they are OUT OF OUR CONTROL. There is nothing you can do but breathe and hold the faith that this is part of the rebirth where we rise as the army of love and with commitment to do whatever it takes. No more running and talking as if you are a failure at life. It's about facing the nasty messes and not letting go until they are clean. We are working for big rewards and your effort is needed in doing all the little things that feel overwhelming as a sum total.

I am being shown that you need to take a bath over the next few days where you don’t add the salt until the tub is filled and you are in it. You are to put the salt in and then work it with your hands and roll it through the water until it dissolves from your actions. You are to see that it dissolves FROM eating away the toxins and discord that you release in the tub water – and that it only dissolves if there is something to clean. And then you are to see that from the salt dissolving, YOU are clean, and you are now ready to do more of what you are here to be for the world.

But your maintenance and the intentional self-care is needed for you to keep processing more. Just like how our crystals have to be cleaned in order to keep working for us. They will stop 100% like a battery if you don’t clean them. But once you do, they are good to go again, and all filled up with energy. You are as sacred as crystals, and they are as sacred as you. Treat yourselves with honoring care at all the hard work you do. Rest and release when needed. Get up and go when charged. Honor that there IS a flow and there are perfect positions of jump starting the car where the person inside seems to work less as the person outside has to be the one pushing the car – but nonetheless, they work together to get the job done. Without one, nothing gets done.

Expect to feel EXTRA tired around this day or at least where you feel like you need to eat extra nourishing things and do only what feels good to your body. It may be a great day to get in the kitchen and start a new routine around what actually feels like it feeds you. To make your own food is to bring meditative and joyful times to your life. Slow down and get back into the roots of natural living. Our medicine is here, but do we pay attention?
